Fundus (Prop Room ) and workshop administration software

Ever increasing stocks, alternating administration personnel or decentralized warehouses place Theatres, Firmstudios and increasingly also Museums before large challenges to grasp and efficiently administer their inventory.

PROFundus® is administrative software based on a database controlled system for theatres and film, which has been successfully used for many years. Well known theatres such the opera house in Graz, the Burgtheater in Vienna, the national theatre in Stuttgart or the theatre in Erfurt use our product for the archiving of their inventory. PROFundus is based on an ORACLE data base application, comprising of basic data in client server technology and browser compatible modules for the administration of inventory and the analysis of data.

Functions

Each version offers you in adition to the administration a wide range of additional features such as: rental to other performing organisations, private rental with receipts for issuance and return, rental business accounting and reminders, a sales module as well as an analysis system, which make all important information available from the calculation journal to the drawing up the inventory in real time on-line. On the basis of our demo system you can test in detail, which modules and functions you require as demonstated for your enterprise along with any required changes. Advantages

PROFundus® adapts to your organizational, often historically grown structures. Due to its flexible modules and the individual adaptability the software supports your specific operating processes instead of forcing the processes to adapt to the software. Your proven Fundus (Proproom) structure will be maintained, however the individual work steps will become more accelerated and the Fundus(Proproom) ressources more transparent. Management information will be available at mouse click. Your internationally active costume and stage designers can also – assuming access authorization has been granted – be given an appropriate overview.
